Scott began his yoga journey in 2019 to decrease body pain and improve mobility, discovering along the way the transformative balance of challenging physical exercise, spirituality, and community. After completing his 200-hour teacher training at Pink Lotus in 2020, Scott started teaching yoga through a leadership readiness program for the cadre at Fort Jackson. He now shares his passion for slow and deliberate vinyasa, emphasizing full-body engagement and proper alignment to help each unique body find its ideal expression in every pose. Scott welcomes students of all levels to his inclusive and supportive classes.
