When I first started yoga to exercise 10 years ago, I never expected to find the path I am on today. After finding my way back to a regular practice and completing my 200 hrs. training, I feel incredibly lucky and grateful to be able to share a bit of my yoga journey with my students. I wholeheartedly believe in learning lessons about ourselves on the mat and taking them into our lives. This is why I wish to share with my students a practice rooted in the peace and happiness that yoga brings me on and off the mat. I believe in a class that feels welcoming and warm for everyone. One that, when you step off your mat, you leave feeling a little happier and lighter than when you arrived. A class that is a reminder to breathe, to be present and perhaps bring you a little closer to yourself. I am completing my 200 hr training with Pink Lotus School of Yoga.
